We are looking for a key member to join our Professional Services team and play an integral role in ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
In this role, you will work closely with our professional services global team to handle technical activities during the customer onboarding phase. This includes developing custom solutions, tools, and scripts to improve processes, as well as collaborating with the product and R&D team to design tools that support new products and features.
