Job Requirements

• Overall 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing business processes.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities, components, and configurations, including implementing new Salesforce instances from scratch.
• Proficient in configuration, customization, and programming with Apex (classes, triggers, actions), Web Services, Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Visualforce, and JSON.
• In-depth Salesforce.com integration experience with enterprise services via real-time APIs, Streaming APIs, offline sync (using Informatica or similar tools), and integrations with other Salesforce orgs. Experience with Salesforce Connect is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor limits and proven ability to design scalable applications using asynchronous jobs, bulk processing, parallel processing, platform cache, and Lightning Data Service (LDS).
• Practical deployment knowledge of Visualforce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex, Lightning, AppExchange, and other Salesforce metadata using org/package deployment models; experience with GitHub for version control.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Salesforce, including debugging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Flows/Processes, page performance, SOQL, and API integrations.
• Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and platform limitations.
• Good knowledge of Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, preferably Oracle.
• Prior experience in Reactive JS development and REST-based service development.
• Experience working on Agile project teams is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task/project management, and organizational skills.
• Extensive programming and development experience.
• Experience integrating and leveraging Agentic AI tools (such as Agentforce Vibes or Salesforce Einstein) to enhance sales processes, forecasting, and lead management.
• Ability to design and implement AI-powered features (e.g., predictive lead scoring, opportunity insights, sales recommendations) within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with configuring and consuming AI-driven analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven sales decisions.

Education

5+ years of experience in IT.

Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering discipline.
