Salesforce Developer

Experience: 3-10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, REST API integrations, and Salesforce DevOps practices. Experience in financial services, lending, origination, or other regulated industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative platform capabilities.
• Build and support REST API integrations, HTTP callouts, authentication mechanisms, JSON processing, service logging, and robust error-handling frameworks.
• Implement data mappings, validation rules, synchronization logic, and secure data management patterns across standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs and reusable platform components.
• Create unit tests, technical test cases, conduct sandbox validations, and troubleshoot implementation defects.
• Prepare deployment packages and promote changes through controlled Salesforce release pipelines.
• Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, test evidence, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce (preferred), and platform configuration.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and services through secure REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience with Git-based version control, source-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps platforms.
• Strong technical design, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong focus on testing, code quality, maintainability, and operational support.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications such as:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce App Builder
• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Loan Origination, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
