As a Salesforce Developer on the Sales and Service Technology team, you’ll help design and deliver technology solutions that support Schwab’s business and strengthen a reliable Salesforce environment. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to translate functional needs into scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform. You’ll contribute across design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support, applying Salesforce and application development expertise to build robust solutions designed for continuous availability. Success in this role requires strong problem solving, sound technical decision making, and the adaptability to work across priorities and geographically distributed teams while contributing to shared outcomes.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full software development and operational support life cycle
• Salesforce experience with configuration and administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Apex, and batch processing
• Experience developing and integrating Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of software design patterns and the ability to apply sound technical decisions to Salesforce solutions
• Demonstrated Collaboration and Distributed Team Collaboration across team and stakeholder boundaries
• Demonstrated Problem Solving and adaptability while managing multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Communities and managed packages such as nCino, TaskRay, or Conga
• Experience integrating SOAP or RESTful web services
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
