Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining strong knowledge across Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce (AI capabilities), integrations, and related enterprise technologies
• Developing new functionality across Salesforce platform including AI-driven use cases, automation, and integrations
• Identifying and resolving bugs, performance issues, and ensuring platform stability
• Supporting cross-functional teams and stepping in across areas when required
• Following established development practices, governance, and release management processes

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide technical and solution leadership for key Salesforce initiatives, including AI/Agentforce adoption and enterprise-scale implementations
• Design and contribute to enterprise architecture including integrations (APIs, MuleSoft), Single Sign-On (SSO), and scalable platform design
• Leverage Salesforce APIs, events, and modern frameworks to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems
• Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes independently
• Manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Drive expansion of Salesforce capabilities including AI-powered automation, customer experience enhancements, and platform optimization
• Own and improve workflows, data models, and configurations, while continuously identifying opportunities for efficiency and scalability
• Define implementation approaches and contribute to roadmap planning for key initiatives
• Build and enhance internal capabilities by mentoring team members and driving best practices
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across product, sales, finance, and operations to align technology with business goals

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5–7+ years of Salesforce development experience (financial services experience preferred)
• Strong expertise across Salesforce platform including Flows, Apex, LWC, APIs, and emerging AI capabilities (Agentforce / Einstein)
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture concepts including identity (SSO), security, and scalability
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
