The Salesforce Developer (Mid–Senior) designs, builds, and maintains scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner/Experience Cloud. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, contributing high-quality code and configurations while collaborating closely with the Salesforce Technical Lead, Admins, Business Analysts, and QA.The developer is expected to work independently on moderately complex features, follow established architectural and DevOps standards, and continuously improve solution quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on functional and technical specifications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, Flows, and validation logic following best practices.
• Implement secure and scalable data models, automation, and UI components.

Code Quality & Standards

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with platform and COE standards.
• Write unit tests and ensure adequate test coverage for all custom development.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from the Technical Lead and peers.

DevOps & Release Management

• Work within established CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Bitbucket pipelines, Bamboo or similar Git-based workflows).
• Follow version control and branching strategies; support deployment activities across environments.
• Assist with release validation, hotfixes, and rollback procedures when required.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Work closely with Salesforce Admins to ensure proper balance between configuration and code.
• Partner with QA to support testing, bug fixes, and regression validation.

Operational Support

• Investigate and resolve production issues with appropriate root cause analysis.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and data access patterns.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.

Professional Competencies

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication in a cross-functional environment.
• Comfortable working in an agile/Scrum delivery model.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (strongly preferred)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (nice to have)
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (nice to have)
