  • Translate solution designs and technical requirements into clean, maintainable and secure Salesforce implementations.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, testing and release activities.
  • Apply engineering best practices across CI/CD, environment management, source control, testing and deployment.
  • Support troubleshooting, production validation and ongoing improvement of chatbot and messaging experiences.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve performance, reliability, observability and user experience.
  • Work responsibly with AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities, ensuring solutions align with RACV’s technical, security and governance standards.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Strong Salesforce development experience, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service delivery processes.
  • Experience with Omni-Channel, routing, queues, skills-based routing or similar service distribution models.

  • Exposure to Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein Bots or intelligent automation is highly regarded.
  • Strong development skills in Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Apex, Salesforce configuration, flows and platform automation.

  • Understanding of web development basics, including responsive UI, browser behaviour, accessibility and front-end troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Architects and other developers.
  • Strong focus on quality, security, maintainability and operational stability.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A curious, collaborative and improvement-focused mindset.
