Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline business processes. Knowledge of Agentforce is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud).
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize Experience Cloud portals for customer and partner engagement.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with administrators, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
• Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) is desirable.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good-to-Have

• Experience and knowledge of Agentforce
• Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).
• Exposure to AI-driven Salesforce features and automation.
