Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves hands-on development, system integration, and end-to-end ownership of Salesforce projects within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and deliver CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
• 
  Manage full Salesforce lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• 
  Lead release cycles, CI/CD processes, and system integrations (REST APIs, SSO)
• 
  Ensure security, performance, and scalability of Salesforce applications
• 
  Support data migrations, third-party integrations, and AppExchange solutions

Required Skills:

• 
  6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 
  Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, JavaScript, and HTML5
• 
  Experience with Service Cloud / Health Cloud
• 
  Hands-on with SFDX, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• 
  Experience with API integrations, OAuth, and cloud/on-prem integrations
• 
  Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & Administrator

Nice to Have:

• 
  Platform Developer II certification
• 
  Experience with Conga / Drawloop
• 
  Exposure to government or compliance environments (FedRAMP)
