The Opportunity:

Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level? We're seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to support Compare the Market’s transformation journey.

This role plays a critical part in building a new platform to enhance customer experience across Energy, Insurance, Lending, and other service offerings. You’ll contribute to creating technical excellence, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll also be accountable for:

• Solution Design and Development: Design, implement, test and deploy custom solutions using the Salesforce platform with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Develop best practice applications.
• Technical expertise and innovation: Maintain knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including frameworks, integrations, and compliance frameworks such as AWS and ISO. Collaborate and champion development practices, including version control and integrations.
• Platform enhancement and continuous improvement: Drive the enhancements of the Salesforce Platform by contributing to a pipeline of initiatives. Focus on high-quality code, maintain test coverage, and participate in code reviews.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs. Maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Professional development and knowledge sharing: Maintain and share expertise in emerging Salesforce technologies and broader tech trends. Contribute to your team with insights, and mentor peers to uplift overall team capability.

About you:

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex programming and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, web services (RESTful APIs), and integration practices. Experience with version control (GIT) and tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Proven ability to design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS, ISO compliance frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex Enterprise Patterns and Unlocked Packaging highly desirable.
