Requirements

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Designer / Technical Lead
to architect and deliver data-driven customer engagement solutions using
Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
. This role requires strong expertise in
data architecture, identity resolution, and cross-cloud integrations
to enable a unified, intelligent customer view across Salesforce and external systems.

The ideal candidate will combine
deep Salesforce platform expertise
with
strong data strategy and architectural design skills
, enabling real-time personalization and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the
  end-to-end architecture and implementation
  of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

• 
  Design and manage
  data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization pipelines
  to create unified customer profiles.

• 
  Define and implement
  identity resolution strategies
  , data model mappings, and
  Data Lake Object (DLO)
  structures.

• 
  Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with:

  • 
    Sales Cloud

  • 
    Service Cloud

  • 
    Marketing Cloud

  • 
    Experience Cloud
    for seamless personalization and engagement use cases.

• 
  Establish and enforce
  data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance
  (GDPR, CCPA).

• 
  Architect solutions for
  real-time data activation, segmentation, and calculated insights
  .

• 
  Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to define
  KPIs and data activation use cases
  .

• 
  Work closely with Enterprise Architects to align
  Data 360 strategy
  with MDM, DWH, and analytics ecosystems.

• 
  Optimize
  data flows, performance, scalability, and reliability
  across environments.

• 
  Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on
  Data 360 and Data Cloud best practices
  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  6–9 years
  of overall Salesforce experience, including
  3–4 years
  with
  Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 implementations
  .

• 
  Strong hands-on experience with
  Salesforce Apex and Triggers
  .

• 
  In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core architecture:

  • 
    Sales Cloud

  • 
    Service Cloud

  • 
    Marketing Cloud

  • 
    Experience Cloud

• 
  Expertise in:

  • 
    Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 configuration and administration

  • 
    Data Streams

  • 
    Data Model Objects (DMOs)

    Data Lake Objects (DLOs)

  • 
    Identity Resolution

  • 
    Calculated Insights

  • 
    Segmentation and Activation Targets

• 
  Strong data modeling, ETL, and integration experience using tools such as
  MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend
  .

  Solid understanding of
  Salesforce APIs, Event Bus, and Streaming APIs
  for near real-time data synchronization.

• 
  Knowledge of
  Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  and
  real-time personalization strategies
