Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Project Duration: 9.5 Months (Subject to renewal)
Work Setup: Onsite - Ortigas, Libis, or Meycauayan

We are looking for a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform for a banking client. The role involves building scalable Salesforce applications, integrating systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions that enhance internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, develop, and support solutions on the Force.com platform using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce

  • Build and maintain integrations with various systems and data sources using REST and other integration methods

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both simple and complex user requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver functionalities for internal departments

  • Work closely with consultants, system administrators, and developers to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

  • Participate in requirement discussions, grooming user stories, and consulting with product owners on business needs

  • Maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle

  • Support development best practices including peer reviews, testing, and release management

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus

  • Continuous learning through Salesforce Trailhead or related training is highly preferred

  • Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows

  • Good understanding of data modeling, REST integrations, and security modeling

  • Experience working with VCS and CI/CD tools within modern development workflows

  • Familiarity with Agile development environments

  • Experience with Confluent or event streaming platforms is a plus

  • Background in Banking or Financial Services projects is preferred

  • Strong technical analysis and system design capabilities

  • Experience with design patterns and software engineering best practices

  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in team environments
