As a Salesforce Core Developer - Sr Associate you will design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions that help teams manage service processes, streamline workflows, and improve platform functionality within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, develop deliverables, build meaningful client connections, and mentor Associates and other junior team members while navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional and technical standards. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to Service Technology - Salesforce Service Cloud efforts, apply Salesforce development skills, interpret business needs, and deliver solutions that align with client service priorities and the broader objectives of the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Developing Salesforce Core solutions that support service technology workstreams and client delivery objectives
• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional and technical design details
• Configuring Salesforce Service Cloud and related application features to support case management, workflows, and automation
• Supporting implementation activities across system design, testing, deployment, and post-release issue resolution
• Analyzing process gaps and recommending improvements to application functionality, usability, and integration points
• Creating technical documentation, training materials, and user guidance to support adoption of new solutions
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to interpret feedback, refine solutions, and manage assigned tasks
• Applying Salesforce administration, Lightning, and integration skills to complete configuration and troubleshooting activities
• Reviewing deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing practical knowledge across ongoing client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems
• Holding Salesforce Certified Administrator or advanced Salesforce certifications
• Developing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions in client-facing settings
• Applying Salesforce administration, Lightning, and integration skills
• Interpreting requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguous workstreams
