Title: Salesforce Coordinator


$52,500 to $87,500 annually DOE

Job Summary


The Salesforce Coordinator will be the internal resource for our residential
sales team’s day to day interactions with Salesforce. As a specialist in Ziply’s
Door-to-Door sales operations procedure, this role will provide solutions and
support for business processes that are foundational for the success of the
residential sales team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of
duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties
performed.

Serve as the user-facing administrator for the Residential Sales
Salesforce organization with 150+ users.


·

Work in coordination with Salesforce Administrators for compliance and
guidance.


·

Respond to user troubleshooting cases, process questions, etc.


·

Perform user management functions including troubleshooting and upkeep
of permissions and


profiles, roles, and hierarchies, and security
settings.


·

Assist with onboarding and account setup of new users.


·

Assist in the creation and management of standard and custom fields,
formulas, and page layouts.


·

Maintain Salesforce org and business process documentation for the
residential instance of Salesforce.


·

Complete bulk imports and exports of data once trained and authorized by
Senior Admins.


·

Assist with regular proactive system improvements and feature
implantation requests.


·

Prepare and deliver walkthroughs and basic training material.


·

Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved within a
timely manner.


·

Make recommendations for enhancements to improve system performance.


·

Performs
other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.


Qualifications:


·

High school diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree
preferred.


·

Minimum six (6) months – one (1) year of experience implementing and
configuring Salesforce.com and Salesforce Maps.


·

Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent relevant experience
with a plan to get credentials within 6 months.


·

Strong understanding of standard functionality in Salesforce and best
practices.


·

Salesforce Sales and Service cloud experience.


·

Proficient Excel skills for data manipulation and
management.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


·

Development and maintenance of Flow automations.


·

Experience with integrations such as Salesforce Maps


·

Experience with Salesforce add-ons and features such as CRMA,
Maps, Sales Engagement


·

Ability
to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a
variety of situations.


·

Ability
to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet
deadlines.


·

Strong
verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational
skills.


·

Ability
to work within critical deadlines.


·

Ability
to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.


·

Ability
to provide excellent customer service.

Work Environment


Work is performed in an office setting with
exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer,
keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a
modern office setting.
