PwC is seeking motivated interns to join our Salesforce practice. This internship offers hands-on experience across functional, testing, and project management support roles. Interns will gain exposure to Salesforce configuration, business process documentation, testing activities, and project management operations within a professional consulting environment.
Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Support basic Salesforce configuration under guidance (e.g., creating fields, page layouts, and reports).
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Participate in Salesforce testing activities, including test execution and defect tracking.
Work with the team to validate system functionality against requirements.
Support quality assurance efforts to ensure smooth deployments.
Provide project management support, including preparing daily/weekly updates, maintaining WBS trackers, and monitoring risks & mitigations.
Document meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Assist in tracking deployment checklists and project deliverables.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
Available to join in full time internship for duration 6 months or more
Strong interest in Salesforce, consulting, and project management.
Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts (fields, page layouts, reports) is an added value
Strong analytical and documentation skills (business requirements, process flows).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Exposure to Salesforce implementation projects in a leading consulting firm.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced PwC professionals.
