Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSV), and a strong background in Salesforce development and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Utilize Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueables, Schedulables, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Kafka), and Webhooks.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, including PDD, SDD, Integration Design Specs, and Data Mapping Documents.
• Manage Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
• Oversee data migration processes, ensuring optimized performance and handling large-volume records.
• Provide technical guidance and solution designs during project phases.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and FSC/FSV data models.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset).
• Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools (ETL mappings, Bulk API, Data Loader).
• Deal Breaker Skill: Service Dev Foundation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Flow Orchestration and FSC automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow-based logic and Process Builder to Flow migration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
