14983 – Salesforce Change & Adoption Lead (remote with travel) – Jupiter West, FL

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Remote, with ability to travel to Jupiter West for periodic leadership meetings and throughout Florida Power Delivery territory for in-person training and deployment support as needed.

Required:

• Experience with change management and training delivery
• Experience with Salesforce administration
• Experience with AI assistants and agents, including Microsoft Copilot and prompt design
• Experience with process mapping and change-impact assessment
• Experience with training design, job aids, and facilitation
• Experience with communications and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with adoption and readiness measurement
• Salesforce certification or demonstrated equivalent proficiency

Preferred:

• Experience with utility or field-operations environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Experience with Agile and project delivery
• Experience with process documentation

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and readiness assessments
• Validate current- and future-state processes and workflows
• Develop role-based training, job aids, eLearning, simulations, videos, and procedure manuals
• Configure, test, implement, and support Salesforce, including user training and support
• Develop, test, and ground AI assistants and agents, including prompt engineering and knowledge grounding
• Manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 knowledge management
• Lead UAT, pilots, deployment, Hypercare, and sustainment, and measure training, readiness, and adoption
