Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce to serve as a strategic partner between business and IT. This role drives Salesforce-based solutions supporting sales, operations, and enterprise processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams.
  • Lead discovery and requirements gathering for complex Salesforce initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with architects, administrators, developers, and vendors to design scalable solutions.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Communicate solutions to offshore development team members
  • Provide hands-on Salesforce Configuration solutions
  • Execute system tests, prepare user-acceptance tests,, prepare deployments and conduct readiness, and validate changes post-implementation.
  • Initiate process improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to data governance, reporting, and system optimization efforts.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Business Systems standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc..
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with any CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Revenue Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
  • Experience with system integrations and enterprise reporting.
  • Background in utilities, field services, or infrastructure industries.
