
— Salesforce Business Analyst with Data 360 and OneCRM
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support enterprise CRM transformation across two connected initiatives: Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) activating unified customer and commercial insights — and OneCRM — consolidating people, processes and platforms onto a single, harmonized Salesforce instance across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Discovery
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews with Veolia stakeholders across business units and regions.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Map and harmonize "as-is" vs. "to-be" processes as part of the OneCRM consolidation, identifying overlaps, gaps, and standardization opportunities.
Data 360 / Data Cloud
• Work with data and architecture teams to define data unification requirements — identity resolution, data model mapping, source onboarding, and harmonized customer/commercial profiles.
• Define use cases that activate customer and commercial insights (segmentation, account 360 views, cross-sell/upsell, commercial reporting) and tie them to measurable business outcomes.
• Support data quality, governance, and mapping rules across source systems feeding Data 360.
OneCRM Consolidation
• Support the consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs/instances and business processes into a unified OneCRM model.
• Document standardized processes across Sales, Service, and commercial operations; help reconcile differing business-unit requirements into a common solution.
• Assist with data migration mapping, deduplication rules, and reconciliation requirements.
Delivery & Collaboration
• Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, and Admins to ensure requirements are correctly understood, designed, and built.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner; participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Prepare and support UAT — test scenarios, test scripts, defect triage, and business sign-off.
• Create user-facing documentation, training material, and support change management/adoption.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between Veolia business teams and the delivery organization.
• Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years on Salesforce implementations.
• Hands-on experience as a BA on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud projects.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 concepts — data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, unified profiles, and insight activation.
• Strong grasp of the Salesforce data model (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases) and configuration concepts (objects, fields, flows, security).
• Experience with CRM consolidation / multi-org or multi-business-unit programs and process standardization.
• Proven requirements-engineering skills: user stories, process mapping (BPMN), functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, ETL patterns).
