WalkMe is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing Information Systems team to help develop and maintain our Salesforce application.
The ideal candidate will be as passionate about business processes as they are about building them. As a Business Analyst, you will interface with businesses to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions for the business requirements.
This is a temporary role for at least 6 months (maternity leave replacement) and entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Lead projects end-to-end: full definition and design, development, training & communicating to stakeholders.
Document, design and test system implementations and launch support of solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Provide tactical support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform.
Build systems, integrate third-party tools, migrate data, train employees, and provide ongoing support to our internal Sales, Marketing and Services organization users.
Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.
Build and deliver solutions using point and click, code, 3rd party tools and APIs.
Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & think through problems to make actionable recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or Software Engineering - Advantage
2+ years experience with Salesforce
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce automation tools: Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules.
Experience with Salesforce Apex, C#, Java - Advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)
