Headquartered in Paris, we have offices in Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia providing Salesforce CRM Implementation and Cloud Consulting services with various technologies in the Middle East and Gulf region covering Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Iraq.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into requirements and work with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Conduct workshops to gather business
• Develop functional requirements
• Salesforce configuration
• Provide user training
• Conduct UAT phase with the client
• Manage team, people and client relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 3 - 4 years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
• Experience in Real Estate industry
• Advanced skills in business analysis with the capability to capture requirements, make recommendations, and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals
• Qualifications and experience should exceed QA requirements
• Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages
• Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution
• Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills especially in English
• Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus
• Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus
• Based in UAE
• Ability to travel
