OF THE JOB:
In this role, you are a business focused Business Analyst in our Salesforce Center of Excellence and are primarily the bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce Delivery Team. You are responsible for deeply understanding business processes across banking areas – Retail, Commercial, Treasury, Investment Services and beyond – and translating those needs into clear Salesforce requirements, written user stories and development clarification.
You will work closely with the COE leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring the solution solves the business pain points and delivers measurable value.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements aligned to banking priorities
• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, improve processes, and drive platform adoption
• Lead discovery sessions to define business problems, scope, and solution direction
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Serve as liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure effective delivery
• Support UAT planning and execution, validating solutions meet business expectations
• Enable adoption through clear communication, training support, and stakeholder alignment
• Analyze post release performance and recommend continuous improvements to maximize value

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in a Salesforce environment (financial services, banking, consulting).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) is a plus.
