About the Role

The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as the firm’s primary Salesforce expert, blending hands-on administrative expertise with strong business analysis skills to support, enhance, and expand Salesforce capabilities. Acting as the critical bridge between business and technology teams, this role partners closely with stakeholders to identify needs, design scalable solutions, and deliver enhancements aligned with the firm’s strategic goals.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of cross-functional projects and play a key role in building Salesforce programs from the ground up—putting you at the foundation of initiatives that shape how the organization works.

Your Key Contributions

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Develop and configure Salesforce custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and manage updates/releases.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and
    client engagement.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Facilitate testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of
    Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide end-user support and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower team members to maximize Salesforce usage.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technical Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201). Additional Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Business Analyst) Preferred
  • Integrations: Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs Preferred
  • Industry Knowledge of legal industry workflows and processes is a strong advantage Preferred.
  • Configuration: Proven ability to configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Analytics: Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management best practices.
  • Collaboration Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, Tableau, or other Salesforce-related applications.
