General Information

The primary role of a Business Analyst Salesforce is to analyze business requirements, evaluate and recommend solutions to meet those requirements using Salesforce platform. This includes understanding business processes, identifying areas of improvement, designing solutions, and implementing changes to increase operational efficiency

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis
• Evaluate business processes, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
• Create detailed requirement documentation and user stories
• Guiding and challenging business requirements with stakeholders
• Design solutions together with the architects and developers
• Provide training and support to end users
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to Salesforce platform

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration and administration
• Solid understanding of complex business models, customer relationships, and sales processes in a B2B context
• Experience in modeling, optimizing, and digitizing business processes
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of interfaces, data flows, and system landscapes within corporate environments
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud highly preferred
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification highly preferred.
• Ability to convey complex topics clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
