We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM systems to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and delivering effective solutions that enhance client operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and assess current CRM systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for CRM enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Support the implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CRM and business analysis.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in CRM projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Certifications in Business Analysis or CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a focus on CRM.
