Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect who will have the opportunity to work in global projects with prestigious clients of Accenture.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will serve as a senior technical leader, responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, project management, and effective communication to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and align with the overall architecture and technology roadmap.

Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:

Team Lead: EUR 1900 – 4700

Associate manager: EUR 2400 – 5600

Key responsibilities:

  • Work effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and other architects to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design solutions that meet business requirements and align with the overall architecture and technology roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensures that solutions are implemented according to best practices and industry standards. Review code and provide guidance to developers to ensure quality and scalability.
  • Share platform expertise within a team and keep up-to-date with the latest platform developments and be able to leverage new features to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality.
  • Create proof-of-concepts for the clients, aiding their understanding of the proposed solutions, and actively drive solution meetings with customers.
  • Establish and enforce governance policies and processes to ensure that solutions are implemented in accordance with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionalities, and integrations. Additionally, experienced in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Technical Architect, or Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • BSc. or MSc. degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent.

  • Leadership skills: be able to provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and effectively manage tasks and timelines.
  • Industry expertise: expertise in specific areas, such as healthcare, finance, or automotive.
  • Passion for Innovation: be able to think outside the box and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the Salesforce ecosystem.
