What will you be doing?
In this role, you will translate business requirements into high quality architectural designs that align with enterprise standards, integration patterns, data models, and Salesforce best practices.
Working closely with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Developers, and the Lead Architect, you will guide delivery teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
Salesforce Expertise: Experience with two or more of the following: Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, TableauNext, Conversational Analytics, Marketing Cloud, Digital Insurance Cloud, and OmniStudio.
Technical Documentation: Ability to produce clear and comprehensive solution designs, architectural diagrams, configuration documentation, and implementation guidance.
Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of Salesforce security frameworks, authentication models, and regulatory compliance standards.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into impactful, value driven technical solutions.
Strategic Vision: Experience shaping long term architecture roadmaps and aligning solutions to broader business goals.
Data Management: Strong understanding of data architecture, modelling, governance, and migration approaches with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills and creativity in addressing technical challenges and designing solutions.
Nice to have:
Adaptability: A proactive learner who keeps pace with Salesforce innovations, new features, and emerging industry trends.
Insurance Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products, customer journeys, and regulatory landscapes would be a plus.
