This opportunity is with our Operating Company Harrier who provides the Ignition platform, a leading customer retention and engagement product for the automotive industry. The platform helps dealerships automate workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and improve their marketing and service retention programs across Australia and New Zealand, working with major dealership groups and OEMs.
You'll be based in Sydney, working in a hybrid setup and reporting to the Chief Information Officer. Day to day you'll work closely with our Salesforce Engineers, AI and Data team, Integration Engineers, QA, and Product so being a strong collaborator is just as important as your technical skills.
Right now, Harrier is investing heavily in modernising the Ignition platform and we're looking for someone who can manage cleaning up technical debt, tightening up security, improving how we test and deploy, and setting the standard for how we build going forward. At the same time, there are some really exciting new things on the horizon: AI integration, two-way SMS, AgentForce, and new dealer-facing features and you'll play a key role in making sure the platform is ready for all of it.
