The purpose of the Salesforce Administrator is to own the day-to-day health and evolution of our Salesforce platform, including configuration, automation, security, data quality, releases and integrations, and to be the go-to person for Salesforce across all our regions: USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia.
This role ensures that teams have someone to come to for answers, ideas and solutions, with the trust and autonomy to deliver them. The role is based in the United States (on-site/hybrid, Los Angeles, CA). The 10:00am – 6:00pm Pacific time working window, Monday to Friday, is deliberate: it gives live overlap with our Australian and Indonesian teams, so collaboration across regions happens in real time rather than through overnight handoffs.
The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Head of Technology (LA-based) and leads a Junior Salesforce Administrator based in Semarang, Indonesia. The role partners closely with our Technology team in Australia and our wider teams across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia, and helps shape how the platform grows.
