Salesforce Administrator Senior
Requirements:
Must have:
Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and administration
Experience working with Sales Cloud and sales processes
Salesforce certification, Administrator or App Builder
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ components, Products, Price Books, Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates
Experience using Flow Builder, Record‑Triggered Flows, Screen Flows
Experience managing Salesforce data, Data Loader, imports, exports, deduplication
Strong skills in reports, dashboards, analytics
Experience managing deployments, Change Sets, release management
Strong understanding of Salesforce governance and best practices
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience supporting integrations with downstream systems, Billing, ERP, Finance
Ability to manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, security models
Strong communication skills and collaboration with business teams
Nice to Have
Additional Salesforce certifications
Experience with Salesforce CPQ+, Revenue Cloud
Experience in sales strategy and quoting optimization
Strong business analysis and requirement elicitation skills
Responsibilities:
Administer and support Salesforce environments focused on Sales Cloud and CPQ
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions, products, pricing, approvals, quoting
Design and implement automation, Flows, Validation Rules, Workflow, Approval Processes
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into scalable solutions
Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models
Ensure data quality through validation, imports, exports, and deduplication
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
Manage deployments, sandboxes, change sets, and release processes
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations proactively
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis
Support integrations with billing, ERP, finance systems
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations to improve quoting processes
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Mentor junior administrators and act as subject matter expert in CPQ
