Job requirements

  • We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem for a leading Banking and Financial Services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, user support, configuration, data management, security, reporting, and optimization of Salesforce platforms while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.
  • Configure and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
  • Create and maintain workflows, approval processes, validation rules, flows, and automation solutions.
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Perform data management activities, including imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality monitoring. Support release management, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to business users. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. E
  • nsure compliance with financial industry security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes. Provide guidance and training to end users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Experience with Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Data Security. Strong knowledge of Reports and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Data Loader and data migration activities. Understanding of Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
