Job Description

Our national non-profit client that does amazing work with children and their families is seeking a Salesforce Administrator (contract 6+ months) to support a major initiative: migrating a volunteer portal from an older Visualforce-based experience to Experience Cloud. This individual will work cross-functionally with Product Owners and Developers in an Agile environment, helping modernize the organization’s digital tools and improve user experience for volunteers and staff across all U.S. chapters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the migration of a volunteer portal from Visualforce to Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Configure Experience Cloud templates, user permissions, and security models
• Collaborate on data model alignment across chapters and product teams
• Support day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks, including issue resolution and user support
• Maintain and enhance CRM functions (Recipient/Donor Management, Contacts, Leads, etc.)
• Partner with internal developers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience in a professional setting
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in Experience Cloud/Experience Builder/Flows required (Familiarity with NPSP Nonprofit Success Pack is a strong plus)
• Ability to work independently and handle a mix of project and ticket-based work
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in CS or Related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
• Comfort working in a distributed Agile team
• Exposure to Salesforce documentation and sandbox management best practices
