You have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, automation, reporting, and data management, and you are passionate about improving business processes through technology. You are a proactive problem-solver who can balance technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively support users and partner with stakeholders across the organization. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of GroundTruth’s Salesforce platform. This role will manage user access, system configuration, automation, reporting, data integrity, and platform enhancements while serving as a trusted partner to business teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering reliable, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
