This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams, giving you strong exposure to how Salesforce enables real business outcomes. You will play a key role in improving data quality, building impactful dashboards, and enhancing automation, all while developing your expertise in Salesforce administration. You’ll gain hands-on experience in solving real-world challenges, influencing system improvements, and contributing to a collaborative and growing Business Intelligence function.

Your key responsibilities as a Salesforce Administrator will be to:

• Managing Salesforce users, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access
• Configuring and maintaining objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
• Creating and optimising reports and dashboards to support business insights
• Performing data audits and ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy
• Providing first-line support and resolving Salesforce-related queries from users
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements

To join us as a Salesforce Administrator you will need the following experience and skills:

• You will have 2–4 years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrative or support role
• You will have a solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects, fields, and relationships
• You will be confident in creating reports, dashboards, and basic automations using tools such as Flows or Workflow Rules
• You will have experience managing users, roles, and permissions within Salesforce
• You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
