AlliedGlobal is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Specialist to join a fast-growing SaaS environment and help drive operational efficiency through Salesforce optimization, automation, and user enablement.

This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented Salesforce professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving business processes, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce applications including:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • CPQ
    • Knowledge & Community Applications
  • Build and maintain:
    • Reports & dashboards
    • Automations using Salesforce Flow
    • Custom configurations and process improvements
  • Support release cycles, documentation, and data integrity initiatives
  • Manage Salesforce CPQ configurations including:
    • Quotes
    • Contracts
    • Orders
    • Products & Pricing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Perform data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and system optimization
  • Research and recommend Salesforce native features and managed packages
  • Support integrations with third-party tools such as DocuSign and Conga

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Salesforce Flow
    • Reporting & dashboards
    • Business process optimization
    • User support and training
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates MUST have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Nice to Have

  • SOQL knowledge
  • Experience with:
    • DocuSign
    • Conga
    • PEO, ASO, or HCM environments
  • Salesforce Trailblazer Community participation
  • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, or Aura Components exposure
