We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the CRM infrastructure supporting the medical school's marketing, sales, admissions, and enrollment processes. This role will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce CRM, ensuring it effectively supports recruitment, admissions, and enrollment workflows.
The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Operations teams to maintain system integrity, build automation, and deliver accurate reporting dashboards that support data-driven decision making.
Salesforce Administration
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support admissions pipeline visibility and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain process automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules.
CRM Optimization & Workflow Automation
Support the scaling of lead generation and enrollment tracking through CRM enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through CRM configuration.
Systems Integration
Maintain data consistency across systems by monitoring integrations and resolving synchronization issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system interoperability and data governance.
User Support & Training
Deliver user training and documentation to improve adoption and ensure data integrity.
Support applicant-related system issues and application updates when required.
Data Integrity & Governance
Monitor CRM data quality through validation rules, reporting checks, and periodic audits.
Support internal compliance and reporting requirements related to admissions data.
