Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• 
  Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
• 
  Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• 
  Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales teams.
• 
  Gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• 
  Partner with Sales teams including Vertical, Mid-Market, Measurement, and Partner Sales.
• 
  Support day to day platform issues and user requests.
• 
  Coordinate with technical teams to implement enhancements and new features.
• 
  Ensure data quality and system reliability.
• 
  Document configuration changes and business processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• 
  Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• 
  Hands on experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
• 
  Experience managing users, permissions, and security.
• 
  Ability to translate sales processes into Salesforce solutions.
• 
  Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
