Salesforce Admin with CPQ Experience

EXPERIENCE: 3+

LOCATION: GURURGAM

WORK FROM OFFICE

Contract Duration: 12 MONTHS (C2H)

Number of positions: 02

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline pricing and quoting through CPQ implementation
  • Automate processes using Apex, batch classes, and triggers to enhance system performance
  • Provide deployment support, system enhancements, and day-to-day support
  • Configure Email-to-Case for efficient customer support management
  • Specialize in Copado for Salesforce DevOps, focusing on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Serve as Release Manager using Copado, deploying CPQ components, and proficient in metadata and data migration deployment in Copado
  • Implement and configure Conga Composer to streamline document generation
  • Execute DocuSign implementation and configuration for secure electronic signature processes
  • Manage basic billing operations and invoicing using Salesforce Billing
  • Enhance approval processes and billing functionalities
  • Perform PMD fixes on Salesforce test classes and Apex classes to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
