WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager for Continent Latin America, Middle East & Africa, to lead the warehouse operations agenda across the continent. In this role, you’ll drive performance, align priorities with markets and business functions, and ensure warehouses are set up to deliver on targets, balancing cost, service and sustainability.

You’ll play a key role in connecting operations with business needs, empowering distribution centre teams and continuously improving operational excellence across the value chain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead operational planning, target definition and the overall warehouse agenda for the defined Continent Warehouse cluster, considering end-to-end flows and synergies

  • Drive performance across warehouses, ensuring actions are in place to meet targets while balancing cost, service levels and sustainability

  • Build strong relationships with continental teams and business functions to align priorities, capture needs and ensure transparency on performance and cost

  • Own KPI management, identifying trends and driving actions on risks, challenges and opportunities

  • Enable and support distribution centre teams to strengthen operational excellence and deliver on targets

  • Ensure stable operations in line with global operational and tech standards

  • Own and follow up on the operational budget for the warehouse cluster

  • Lead crisis management and internal control activities, ensuring strong planning and follow-up

  • Capture, plan and act on stock balancing needs where applicable

  • Drive continent-led initiatives and contribute to global projects impacting warehouse operations

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Deep expertise in warehouse operations and strong understanding of end-to-end logistics flows

  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage complexity

  • Strong understanding of both global and local processes, methodologies and principles

  • Proven ability to set direction, drive performance and deliver tangible results

  • Strong knowledge across logistics operations and supply chain concepts

  • Business-oriented, with a clear understanding of retail and e-commerce needs

  • Strong project management and execution capabilities

  • Confident leader with the ability to empower teams and drive alignment

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate across global and regional teams at all levels
