Our Sales Operations team is currently searching for a Sales & Volume Planning Analyst to deliver accurate sales reporting and provide analysis that supports volume planning, retail strategy and informed business decisions.

What awaits you?

  • Maintain and distribute accurate monthly sales, market and dealer performance reporting within strict schedules, including competitor analysis.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly sales and stock presentations to support retail network steering and management decision-making.
  • Support monthly forecasting and production programming across retail, wholesale, shipment arrivals, orders and order bank intake.
  • Support annual planning processes, including competitor analysis, strategic budget setting and dealer target setting.
  • Prepare ad-hoc national, state and dealer network analysis, and respond to sales-related data enquiries from teams across the business.
  • Compile ongoing market intelligence and manage BMW Group market segmentation
  • Support dealer incentive administration and broader Sales Operations activities, while developing and improving reports, dashboards and analysis templates in line with evolving business priorities.

What you should bring along?

  • A tertiary qualification in commerce, finance, data analytics, business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in an analytical role, with automotive industry experience highly regarded.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Power BI will be beneficial.
  • Excellent numerical and statistical capability, with demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to examine issues from multiple perspectives and develop innovative solutions.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing competing priorities and strict reporting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management and the ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams and external partners.
