Job Description

 Sales Valuer - Ilford 

Salary Details: £25,000
OTE: £50,000 - £60,000
About The Role If you have experience valuing & listing properties for sale in London, This is an exciting opportunity to value and instruct properties for sale, in one of London's most sought after locations. We work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and your customers. We want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to grow a new part of our business.

You will be working alongside experts in all areas of the property industry, who are passionate about their teams, inspire success and drive innovation across our company. This dynamic and supportive environment allows us to set the standard in the property industry, making this a truly unique opportunity.   RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver the highest level of service to all clients & set the standards for the rest of the team
• Develop, motivate and train members of the team
• Increase market share & support business development objectives and continued growth in revenue
• Conduct quality valuations and win instructions for sale
• Working closely with senior management on high profile instructions and clients
• Regular contact with landlord and tenants

• Have experience valuing and listing properties in London
• Have the personality to self-motivate & desire to take on an exciting new challenge
