As Sales Value Manager, you will set the direction for the Cardio business in Mexico—translating strategy into execution through strong, hands‑on leadership of the sales organization. You’ll coach, develop, and empower Field Line Managers and their teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. By guiding a customer‑centric national business plan and partnering closely with cross‑functional leaders, you will elevate customer experience while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, quality, and integrity, including timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the national Cardio sales strategy and translate it into clear priorities for Field Line Managers.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders to build a high‑performing, accountable, and engaged field organization.
- Own and deliver agreed sales targets for the Cardio portfolio, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Design and execute a customer‑centric national business plan with cross‑functional partners.
- Optimize customer experience by aligning field execution with marketing, medical, and access strategies.
- Ensure full compliance, including reporting technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours.
- Model ethical leadership and ensure compliant management of promotional materials and samples.
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the evolving pharmaceutical market and customer engagement models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach leaders, and build high‑performing commercial teams.
- Solid commercial and financial acumen to drive sales performance and business growth.
- High ethical standards with strong commitment to compliance and professional integrity.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience leading cardiovascular or specialty care portfolios at a national level.
- Prior involvement in pre‑launch or launch excellence initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
