The Opportunity
Reporting to the Business Unit Lead for Surgical, the Sales Training Manager will be responsible for standardising the learning experience across AU Commercial Education for Surgical. You will collaborate across global and local (strategy), and with regional Commercial Education teams to understand, build and institutionalise J&J MedTech foundational and advanced clinical programs. Additionally, this role will involve regular domestic travel, as you will be required to take part in field-based activities, including training facilitation, as well as customer facing engagements from Operating Theatre to C-Suite.
