Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Training System Development
Design and build a full-cycle sales training framework tailored to the Philippine market, covering lead generation, showroom reception, test drive experience, negotiation and vehicle delivery follow-up. Establish a tiered sales consultant certification system to connect training results with job performance and career progression.
2. Training Course Localization & Iteration
Develop and continuously optimize localized training contents, including in-depth product analysis, competitor comparison, customer objection handling, standardized test drive SOP, and F&I, insurance and trade-in sales techniques. Localize HQ training materials into English and Tagalog to adapt to local car-buying habits and Philippine market characteristics.
3. Training Delivery & On-site Coaching
Deliver regular new hire onboarding bootcamps, new model launch training and quarterly sales skill workshops. Conduct on-site dealer coaching, role-play practice and deal win/loss case reviews to ensure training can effectively improve frontline sales closing capabilities.
4. Training Effectiveness Evaluation & Optimization
Establish a complete training evaluation system via written tests, scenario assessment, mystery shopper verification and long-term sales data tracking. Analyze core sales indicators such as conversion rate and test drive rate to iterate training content and solve frontline operational pain points.
5. Cross-functional & Dealer Collaboration
Align with the marketing team to unify new model launch messaging and promotional strategies. Cooperate with regional management and local dealerships to deliver customized training solutions matching different regional market conditions and dealer capabilities.
6. Dealer Relationship & Quality Management
Maintain stable and positive partnerships with Philippine dealer networks, drive sales service process optimization, and supervise regional aftersales and warranty overall quality performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales training or frontline sales management experience, including at least 2 years of working experience in automotive OEM or professional dealer groups.
3. Solid mastery of the full automotive sales cycle with practical vehicle closing experience, capable of delivering grounded and practical training instead of theoretical guidance only.
4. Proficient in independent course development and on-site training facilitation, able to complete the full workflow from demand analysis, content design to offline delivery and effect tracking.
5. Language requirement: Fluent in spoken and written English and Tagalog for independent training delivery and material localization; Chinese language skill is a plus.
6. Adaptable to frequent cross-regional business travel for on-site dealer coaching and market support across the Philippines.
