Uponor is offering an excitingten-weeksummer internshipprogram in our Sales Trainingdepartment.You will have the opportunity to workhands onwith ourSalesTrainingteamperforming valuable workbycollaboratingwith our Sales Trainers,LEDsand event coordinators to plan, develop, and executecustomer visits at the Experience Center.Duringthe summer you willconnect with leadersthroughoutthe company to learn more about Uponor’s products and servicesand willparticipateina variety oftrainingsessions focused onpreparation foryour future careers

Areas of Focus

• Develop customer facing content for Experience Center visits.
• Utilize LMS and Sales Enablement tools.
• Administrative support for Experience Center visits.
• Provide support to trainers for set up, execution, and tear down of materials and content for customer visits.
• Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program or recent graduate.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Interest in pursuing outside Sales as a profession.
• This internship is a full-time, in office position with potential flexibility for remote work.
• Program runs from 6/1/26- 8/7/26. Applicants must be available for this time frame.
