Design and deliver learning programs that strengthen the capabilities and performance of our Sales teams.
Identify training needs in collaboration with Sales leaders and key stakeholders.
Design and deliver in-person, virtual and blended sales training programs.
Develop engaging learning material, including presentations, videos, case studies and job aids.
Handle digital platforms and tools used in sales training activities and provide guidance and training to Sales teams on their use.
Coordinate the onboarding and training of new Sales colleagues.
Support Sales teams through workshops, coaching and performance-focused learning initiatives.
Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
Collaborate with internal experts and external training partners to organize learning activities.
Maintain accurate records of training content, participation, evaluation results and costs.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Learning & Development professional or in a similar role.
Experience in sales; insurance or financial services experience is considered an asset.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs analysis to delivery and evaluation.
Experience with in-person and virtual facilitation, e-learning platforms and digital learning tools.
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field.
Excellent command of Greek and English; relevant training certification is considered an asset.
