1. Instructional Design: manage the core operational workflow of the area, taking full ownership of the development, design, and regular updates of advanced training presentations, satisfaction surveys, and instructional materials.
2. Customer Experience Strategy: formalize, propose, and implement macro-level corporate strategies to measure, track, and elevate customer satisfaction nationwide, establishing clear operational frameworks for CX.
3. Action Plans: synthesize field inputs and audit data provided by the team to coordinate national improvement plans for dealers, directly aiming to optimize the Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), sales and overall service quality.
4. Market Response: analyse market trends, automotive technology updates, and competitor offerings to compile high impact market research and translate findings into sales enablement tools that enhance network commercial effectiveness.
5. Training Events: coordinate, program, and execute national product training initiatives and launches, ensuring
seamless alignment between internal departments, dealer management, and external vendors.
6. Training Deployment: impart advanced product and corporate training across multiple channels (digital, live online, and face-to-face), while providing ongoing professional support and coaching to the frontline team.
