The Acute Care Technology division of ZOLL Medical Corporation develops and delivers innovative lifesaving products and software solutions to EMS, hospital, public safety, and military customers globally. The Sales Training Coordinator will need to present for 3 days a week in our Runcorn office and there will be up to 20% travel per year. The person will assist in the day to day running of the Training department.
Training Event Management
Online LMS & Events Management platform maintenance:
Provide ongoing troubleshooting for users, responding in a timely fashion to requests for support.
Manage new starter learning
Registration of New Starters
Train New Starters on the use of these platforms
Allocation of pre-determined learning materials (Product trainings and course pre-readings)
Timely clean-up of organisational changes (Monthly) – Change of manager, leaver deletion etc
Provision of weekly manager reports & dashboards on completion progress as required by leadership.
Coordinate with sales trainers & marketing to ensure the provision of subject appropriate support materials (bulletins, clinical papers etc) are included with curricula
Management of Training Equipment
Quarterly Newsletter
Experience in coordinating and administration
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
LMS competency would be advantageous
Proven organisational skills
Open to learning and exploring new tasks
