💼 What You’ll Do

• Sales & Community Support: Be the go-to team player! Travel between Vantage Homes communities to cover model homes when Sales Consultants are off or need extra support, creating a welcoming experience for prospective homebuyers.
• Sales Development: Learn the ins and outs of new home sales through hands-on experience, ongoing training, and mentorship from experienced Sales Consultants.
• Marketing & Outreach: Help generate excitement around Vantage Homes through community events, local networking, and creative marketing initiatives that attract potential buyers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build meaningful connections with prospective homebuyers, assist with follow-ups, and use CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
• Community Experience: Get a front-row seat to the new home sales process! Learn different communities, floor plans, and home features while developing the confidence and skills to become a successful New Home Sales Consultant.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Availability: Must work on-site across multiple communities in the Colorado Springs area; Saturdays required, with flexibility to provide coverage based on community needs.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred. New to new home sales? That's okay! We're looking for someone eager to learn, motivated to succeed, and excited to grow in the industry.
• Skills: A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-first mentality.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, presentation software, and other sales technology; familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
• Education/License: Bachelor's preferred; candidates must hold an active Colorado real estate license in good standing. Maintain all applicable licensing and brokerage requirements throughout employment.
• Other: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle to travel between assigned communities.

💰 What You’ll Earn

• Annual draw plus uncapped commissions. Estimated total annual earnings of $80,000–$130,000+.
