Sales TraineeThe Sales Officer Trainee Program is a structured development journey aimed at preparing high-potential talent for frontline sales roles through field immersion, business projects and continuous coaching. Successful trainees will progress to the Sales Officer role based on demonstrated performance and business requirements.

Market & Sales Execution

• Assist in the execution of sales plans within the assigned territory.
• Support beat planning, outlet coverage and secondary sales activities.
• Participate in retailer engagement and relationship building.

Distributor Management

• Understand distributor operations, stock management and order fulfilment processes.
• Assist in tracking product availability and market execution.

Market Development

• Support visibility initiatives, merchandising and promotional activities.
• Collect market intelligence on competition, pricing and customer feedback.

Learning & Development

• Shadow Sales Officers and Territory Sales Officers to understand day-to-day sales operations.
• Complete all assigned training modules and learning interventions.

Business Projects

• Execute assigned business improvement projects and present recommendations to the review panel.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve sales processes and market execution.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate sales reports and activity records using company systems.
• Adhere to company policies, sales processes and compliance requirements.

Performance & Reviews

• Participate in regular performance reviews with reporting managers.
• Demonstrate learning agility, ownership and readiness for independent territory management.
